Happy Anniversary

This week Gary and I revisted the La Mansión del Rio where we spent our honeymoon.

This hotel is nestled along the historic River Walk among the banks of the

Paseo del Rio in downtown San Antonio. 

Here is our view from the hotel room. 

We had front row seats to watch the world float by.

I relished our time exploring the River Walk.

  

 Gary stopped to read every menu.

 

We found our hiden gem directly located across the river at the hotel Mokara. 

Guest of each hotel could take advantage of these first-class amenities.

Just steps from all the action yet worlds away, this inviting oasis provided a

full-service spa, gym and a roof top pool.

  

                                                     

The state of art equipment made the morning run seem effortless.

The iced lemon water and cold fresh apples after

our work out were a winning combination.

                                 

We soaked up the hot Texas sun one more time

on the roof top reading and relaxing by the pool.

As the night fell over the river we had a truly memorable dining

 experience under the stars at the famous Las Canarias.  Over our heads the

tiny lights filled the trees before dancing across the water.   

 

We shared a romantic dinner that let us reflect on 32 years of marriage!

We truly celebrated our love and life.
